PurpleMoon Creations has made this beautiful Mermaid avatar complete with mesh pieces as well as its own AO. The scales shine in the water or under the sun, and of course the mermaid wouldn't be complete without the sea shells! This amazing find is available at Fan Limited, once again Poulet wows us

I hope you have all been saving up those pennies, because there are so many wonderful items available at pose fair to pick up. I'm all meshy today *squee*. Even though a lot of people out there have the mesh bug and are rockin it with love, there are still so many that don't know about it or just won't update their viewers to see/use it. That makes me sad, but what makes me happy again is seeing that I've created an outfit where I'm covered head to toe (literally, with these Slink feet *love*) in mesh!
Maii has released these two lovely mesh items for Wear Gray. I do want to point out, there was only one size but the dress fit me fine with a little mod on my boob area. The corset, that was a lot of modding but I do like it…I love me some corsets, so I don't mind. It's just a shape to tuck away for when I want to wear mesh corsets that have that deep dip in the waistline. I don't do it often, but I couldn't resist showing it off its very pretty. All lace and breath constriction 
Wear Gray 2012 is in full swing and doing amazingly! Last time I saw an update on the numbers, the totals for donation were already at L$174,958 with donation jars and the L$ that is being donated by the designers exclusive creations and gacha items! After only being open a day, its incredible the support that can be shown within the community when we all rally together for an amazing cause. Sanura and Arora have done an amazing job putting this event together once again, and I am honored to be a part of it again as well. If you haven't stopped by, make sure you do. Wear Gray for a Day will close on April 22nd, so there is plenty plenty plenty of time to head down and find some great creations by wonderful designers and show your support to this beautiful charity. ♥ Have a great weekend!

Little break from all the smexy blogs to bring a brand New Release from PurpleMoon Creations. I tried on the dress, got TP'd by a friend and they told me it was gorgeous so I kept it on and took a picture! I may or may not still be wearing it in-world for no apparent reason. Sometimes its nice to get all dolled up and girly, even if I don't go anywhere lol. Also, I have to add that I didn't get to take a picture of the dress in the 'Cherry' color but its beautiful! ::PurpleMoon:: has released this incredible ensemble, Wicca the Lioness for Back to Black. The theme is courage, and within the folder is a very heartfelt story written by creator Poulet Koenkamp on what inspired her to create this outfit, and the process she went through to make it come alive. I can't make my way out of a prim box most of the time, so when someone can come up with something like this, I am amazed. This and so many other wonderful items can be found at this event, so on behalf of everyone that has worked so hard to pull everything together…thank you for showing your support by stopping by.

There was a bunch of little flyers floating around Plurk last week about a Pixel Prom coming up. I thought to myself…self! Share some cute dresses for everyone that's going, so they have lots of options while they shop. So, these first dresses are new releases from PurpleMoon. PM pretty much makes some of the prettiest gowns and I own quite a few even though I rarely go anywhere fancy enough to wear them. I love the colors, so I kind of did a bit of a different 'me' to show them off. Paler skin, red hair and light makeup. I've never been to a prom, and I was going to do a whole set up until I realized I had no vision for it being that I'd never gone. I was asked though, so I don't feel like a complete loserface.
Time to be fancy, I was going to take photos at a ballroom but then I got sidetracked and was like omg…step off a yacht in a ballgown? Um, yes please! I've never been that fancy, might as well let my pixels do it! I had a lot of fun and hopefully will find some more pretty gowns to show off before the Pixel Prom begins. It will be DJ'd live by Bouncer Criss and Anubis Darkwatch, so I'm sure it will be lots of fun. If you haven't seen the flyer, I'll attach it below. I'm pretty sure anyone can go? So if you have a date, or want to steal someone else's you should stop by!

The party was a bust, so I wandered away to get some air. There was a pretty bridge so I started to walk across it, and there were so many people passing by I think I drifted into a daydream. I must have been in the way, because I felt someone brush up against my elbow and say "Excuse me" in a beautiful deep voice. I snapped out of my daze and looked up to see those mesmerizing blue eyes I've been searching for. I think I need to pinch myself, because this has to be part of my dream! I can't believe this mystery man is right in front of me right now and I cannot form words. Oh, such torture when he looked back at me and I couldn't even say hello…no problem…bump me again! SOMETHING. When I finally got the nerve to look back up, he was still there…still staring. Wow…that stare and those eyes seemed to be sizing me up and all I could do was stand there frozen, hoping he would take me by the hand and whisk me away.
Finally, a hello slipped from my mouth and he paused before asking if we'd met before. I might be melting in place right now, but I managed to say "I don't think so?" while my mind said only in my dreams. We exchanged names and began to chat, me explaining that I was walking away from the party because it was crowded and warm…and vaguely unfun. Deciding that it was much prettier outside, we began to walk through the trees while chatting about so many different things. After awhile these heels got the best of me and we sat by a tree. Before too long, we were cuddling on a pile of leaves and dozing off while the sun set. Getting to be close to and learn so much about this stranger, this handsome creature was intoxicating. This may very well be the most amazing night of my life.
Feeling slightly more brave than usual, I asked him back to my place for coffee. I hate coffee, but hell any excuse to get him a little longer was alright with me at this point. This night can't end, I don't want it to. He accepted, and off we went. After all these weeks, all the hoping and illicit daydreams…here he was. Right in front of me, and it was all I could do to not jump on him right away. I went to the kitchen in a slight panic, hoping I had some kind of coffee to actually offer him…and then I felt something against my back. His hand circled around my waist and the moments after that were a blur but…I did get my New Year's kiss after all. This is going to be a good year, I can tell…
Thank You to Bouncer Criss for being my 'stranger'. You're a sweetheart! Guys, if you haven't seen his blog get on it! It's amazing, you need to look that good always.

Dressed up in my new gown, the latest amazing creation from Poulet Koenkamp…I wandered to this ballroom. On occasion, I've been known to wander through sims looking for a kind soul to speak to. This place happened to be deserted, and no matter how far I walked I found no one. I came to a part of the land with a small lake, and I could have sworn I saw someone out of the corner of my eye. Alas, when I reached the other side there was no one to be found. That face will linger in my mind, that handsome stranger. Eyes closed by the sunlight…tall, dark and strong. This is a stranger I hope to run into again. Perhaps I will come back to this place another time, and have a chance encounter with that mystery man. Until then, I'll sway alone as the sun goes down and hope that in time someone will come along and ask me to dance…

It's that time…well almost! December 9th marks the first day of the With Love, Again Hunt. Each hunt gift is a mere 10L and the worth is approximately 400L! The hunt will go on through January 6th (Three King's Day!) so there is plenty of time to get out there and find everything you need. The Chic Management site has a list of landmarks, some of which have hints in them as well so make sure you visit the site and get all that info. Mostly, I'm lazin around because last week was pure hell. How can one person be expected to cook so much and not need a vacation afterward? I dunno, but I need one so I'm totally not doing much this week. I'll get back into the swing of things by the end of the week but in the meantime…I keep blogging! WTF?! I'm not sure but its actually been pretty fun lately which is maybe why I'm all gun-ho about it. Sometimes I put so much stress on getting things posted that I lose sight of the fact that blogging has always and will always be a fun hobby for me. A way to make my pictures a little better each time I try to take one, and to express the way that I like to dress with a cutesy little avatar that can wear ANYTHING (mostly!).
I also embarked on the journey of deleting my Phoenix Viewer and coming to terms that as a blogger, my ass should have mesh. After a big sigh, and some slight alligator tears…I deleted Phoenix and downloaded the brand spankin' new Firestorm Viewer. I used the beta briefly, but it gave me so much grief I couldn't handle it and quit trying. So far, this official viewer is alright. I can see mesh, still no shadows for Anj but the angle isn't weird like it was before. I always felt like I was looking into a magnifying glass backward on v3 viewers. The scrolling for windlights is pretty great, and after a couple of freezes/crashes its alright! Maybe I won't end up re-downloading Phoenix again. We shall seeeee!
